Leadership Consulting that changes how your team actually operates

Most leadership programmes produce binders that gather dust. Ours produce leaders who make better decisions within weeks, not quarters. We work with mid-size and growing organisations across the UK and Ireland.

The gap between knowing and doing

Your senior people probably understand leadership theory already. They have read the books. They have sat through the workshops. Yet 67% of managers we survey before an engagement say they struggle to apply what they have learned when the pressure is on.

That gap costs real money: missed targets, talented staff who leave, and decisions that get delayed because nobody wants to own them. We close that gap by working inside your organisation, not from a lecture hall. Every engagement is built around your actual challenges, your real team dynamics, and the specific results you need in the next 90 days.

Four ways we work with you

Each engagement is scoped after a diagnostic conversation. No off-the-shelf packages.

One-to-one executive coaching

Six-month partnerships with individual leaders, meeting fortnightly. We use 360-degree feedback, live observation of meetings, and structured reflection to shift habits. Typical clients are newly promoted directors or founders scaling past 50 employees.

Team alignment workshops

Two-day intensive sessions for leadership teams of four to twelve. We surface the unspoken tensions, clarify decision rights, and leave you with a written operating agreement your team actually refers back to. Follow-up check-ins at 30 and 60 days are included.

Organisational diagnostics

Before prescribing anything, we listen. Through confidential interviews with 15 to 30 stakeholders, survey data, and analysis of your decision-making patterns, we deliver a candid report that tells you where leadership capacity is strong and where it is thin.

Ongoing advisory retainer

For CEOs and managing directors who want a thinking partner on call. Monthly strategy sessions plus ad-hoc support when a difficult conversation or a critical hire is on the horizon. Retainers run in rolling three-month terms.

How an engagement unfolds

We keep the process simple. Three phases, clear milestones, no unnecessary complexity.

01

Diagnosis and scoping

A 90-minute discovery call, followed by stakeholder interviews if needed. We agree on the specific outcomes you want, the timeline, and the investment. This phase typically takes one to two weeks.

02

Active engagement

Coaching sessions, workshops, or advisory meetings begin. We work on site when possible, remotely when geography demands it. You receive written progress notes after each session so nothing gets lost.

03

Review and handoff

At the agreed endpoint, we run a structured review: what changed, what is still in progress, and what your team can sustain without us. We provide a short written playbook and remain available for quarterly check-ins.

Questions we hear often

How long does a typical coaching engagement last?

Six months is the standard for individual executive coaching. Team workshops are shorter, usually two days plus follow-up sessions. Advisory retainers run in rolling three-month blocks. We set the duration based on what you are trying to achieve, not on a fixed catalogue.

Do you work with organisations outside Northern Ireland?

Yes. About half our clients are based elsewhere in the UK or in the Republic of Ireland. We travel for on-site work and use video for regular coaching sessions. The diagnostic phase usually includes at least one in-person visit regardless of location.

What does the investment look like?

Individual coaching starts at £4,200 for a six-month engagement. Team workshops range from £3,500 to £7,000 depending on group size and preparation work. Advisory retainers are priced per quarter. We share exact figures after the discovery call because scope varies significantly.

How is this different from a training course?

Training courses teach concepts. We change behaviour. The difference is sustained attention over time, real accountability, and working with the specific situations your leaders face each week. Our clients tell us the shift becomes visible to their own teams within the first month.

Can we start with just a diagnostic?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with the organisational diagnostic to understand where the real leverage points are. The diagnostic report stands on its own and you are under no obligation to continue with coaching or workshops afterward.
